hay guys and girls one of my female frontys is holding eggs in her mouth can some one give me any tips on wat to do as i only have bread b/n befor like should i just let it happen by it self how long does she hold for, does she hold them till there ready to come out ect please help thanx

hey mate,
great news

if she will hold full term let her hold otherwise strip her on about day 7 or 8 when the eggs have a better survival rate, and tumble them in a tumbler

congrats , they will hold for up to 30 days if you let them , and there good parents

some people like to strip anytime from day 5 onwards

the longer you let them hold the better there chance of living

if this is your 1st spawn then i don't expect them to hold to be honest

well today is the third day of holding so all looks good ill think ill just leave her se wat happenes fingers crossed

thank guys it has now been almost 4 days all looking good i am just going to divide the tank up so she has her own space to give it best chance of happening

hay guys just thought id give a little update its now day 29 and i have 24 aaaallllllmost free swiming had one loss :( got to try take a pic tonight
